I engage in ongoing professional learning and keep track of the latest scientific research.  This means you can be rest assured that you’re getting the most current information. 

What is holistic health?

Holistic health is all about connecting the dots to identify the underlying root cause of what’s going on. Instead of treating individual signs and symptoms, I look at how your physical, mental and emotional health factors are connected. That insight is used to formulate a personalised roadmap to target the root cause of your pain and fatigue.
